we are buried in tomatoes and are trying to keep canning. We are in need of a bloody mary mix that you have tried and like. I would think I could can the mix like regular juice and then add the "special" sauce later. Thanks

If you can it from a homemade recipe, you'd have to pressure can if a lot of spices and peppers were used. Otherwise easier to just make the juice and add the mix later. But if you buy a commercial mix, like at www.americanspice.com/bloody-mary-spice-mix/ you could waterbath it. Martin
