Last fall I canned Cranberry Mustard and Honey Mustard .. The Cranberry Mustard was awesome and will be repeated again this year and I will be making more of it in order to give it to everyone who has asked .
The Honey Mustard was a hit with everyone except ME ...LOL
I'm not sure why it didn't trip my trigger but I think I am going to try a different small batch for us..but still do a batch for those who loved it and requested more .. I think it was the texture that I didn't like ..it was thick and I am thinking if it was a thinner texture I would like it and be able to use it as a salad dressing as well as a dip ..
I want to try my hand at making some Whostershire(sp) sauce as well as catsup and bbq sauce ..
Anyone have any good tried and true recipes they would share ?..
I hesitate to try some recipes but would try them if any of you have done them ...

I'm following this thread with anticipation. I was thinking about mustard earlier this week. I let a bed of mustard greens go to seed and I was wondering if I could use their seeds to make mustard. Or if I have to use a particular variety of mustard. I still need to research that. Thanks for starting this thread and I hope it gets lots of recipes!

I have a great catsup recipe, I'll find it and post it. I'd love to make mustards and other condiments. After midnight, will you post your recipes? Anyone else have recipes?

The Big Ball Book has a great recipe for peach BBQ sauce and one for fruit ketchup that are great.
