Made this today. Recipe called for Worrstersire Sauce. Which I don't like anyway. What could I sub for that?

Balsamic vinegar is a dead ringer. But if you don't like Worcestershire, you probably wouldn't like balsamic vinegar. Worcestershire adds a bit of piquancy to the recipe. Maybe substitute whatever sweet'n'sour condiment you do like.

Couple ingredients in Wor Sauce include Anchovies, Hoisan Sauce None of t sounded good.

You don't really taste the anchovy. Hoisin sauce is a sweet plum sauce often used in Chinese food.
Really, balsamic vinegar will do the trick.

Mushroom ketchup, that's the closest I can think of, or a mix of stock salt and vinegar.
PS if you say worcestershire sauce to a brit we'll look at you wierdly, it's just Worcester Sauce!

Well now, I've found I don't like the texture of ground turkey. It was 85%-15%. If I got a less fat one, would that make a dif.
