Need to correct above recipe. It's 1 ripe banana and 2 eggs. I can't get the consistency of these right. Too runny. Flavor is so good. Don't really need syrup or honey. Wonder what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks for reminding me about this recipe, sss 3. To correct the problem with runny batter, try using just one egg. These are very thin, crepe-like pancakes. In order to maintain the low carb properties, I sprinkle with ground cinnamon and add a few chopped walnuts. Yummy way to start the day!

Sounds so good! I think it would be good with some peanut butter on top. Powdered pb lower calorie.
