One of which is alfalfa. So I stopped giving her alfalfa pellets, which I used to give her the antihistamines and psyllium. Now I sprinkle whole oats with molassas water and put the powder on that. The only hay available has about 10% alfalfa so I can't do anything about that. For the rest, she will be getting allergy shots. Yuk- a shot a day for 30 days. She's going to hate me.

Poor girl:-(. I have two horses with severe allergies, one is able to have shots for it, but the other foundered after getting a shot this past spring, so he can't have anything else except oral antihistamines. Benadryl works well for him though, I am blessed with that.
You can try the Purina brand compressed hay blocks. My horses like them a lot, and they are really small, easy to store, but bulk into a whole flake of hay when soaked in water. I like that I can better measure the amount when it's already compressed into one flake blocks!

Aconnor- I found something called Purina Hydration Hay online. Is that what you were talking about? It included alfalfa although I coukdn't tell if there were other kinds. Do you use it like pellets as a supplement?

Yes, that is it. It may come in a form without alfalfa. If not, there are lots of cubed hay products that don't include alfalfa. Hope you find what you need! I use soaked cubes as well as the Hydration Hay when needed. Generally I don't need it all that much though, I have a lot of pastures space and graze out most of the winter.
Best of luck, allergies are rotten:-(

Feel your pain. Dyfra has really bad allergies since moving here. She is on a generic version of Zyrtec, which I get at Costco for a lot less.
Triple Crown makes many types of Chopped forage, with no alfalfa in it. My Mini Mare, Maggie, gets, Tripe Crown Safe starch forage, because she has Cushings and is IR.
