We have a rabbit show tomorrow, daughter will be showing a Jr californian doe and two Sr mini lop does. And, of course, we will be coming home with more rabbits than we are taking. I know for sure two more, but possibly 3 or 4 more.

Just home from the show. One Sr doe placed 4th of 16 The other Sr do placed first. We purchased a Jr buck first thing in the morning from Countrytime's daughter. Good purchase because he placed first in his category. We purchased a young Jr doe from someone else early in the day, she placed third in her category, and we showed a little Jr californian doe who placed second in her category.
All in all a pretty good day.

Ms. Countrytime has liked my posts in this thread. What you all should know about this fine lady, she breeds some great rabbits. The cal doe we had that won second came from her. She not only produces great rabbits, but absolutely fantastic children as well. Her oldest daughter breeds and raises mini lop rabbits. The two rabbits we own now that took first place spots at the show came from her.

Another rabbit show tomorrow. We will be taking four mini lops, one californian, and two thriantas. One of the mini lops had better do good at the show if she knows what is best for her. She refuses to breed. If she doesn't show well, she can find a new home with someone that only wants a pet bunny. Then again, even if she does show well, and even if she wins best of breed, that ribbon doesn't mean anything if she won't breed. Yeah, she had better show well and start lifting her skirt.
