It said the same thing- no comparison for this zip. Obviously the program just turns the place name into a zip and responds for a zip.

Interesting. I entered my property and Numb's, and they were up 24 and 23 percent respectively.

You have to scroll down farther. Said same thing for me but when I scrolled down it stated the value by the Stare over the zip. I used zips for here and at home. Ohio is $88 more and WV is 27% more or roughly $57k. Honestly I found those numbers very interesting.

It told me our area is worth about 5% less. That isn't news to me. Also, they claim the value is up or down, depending on your area, but does anyone see the market improving as far as sales go? Things are very slow here with many properties being on the market for a year or more being the norm right now.
They keep telling us things are getting better but we don't see it. Lots of empty business space and tons of people unemployed. And it's going to get worse.
