I don't get it....you can get a REALLY REALLY NICE RV for that price..... Maybe Montana should start using wood siding and calling their RVs "tiny homes." They'd be a heck of a lot sturdier. Look at that porch thing - mosquitos would get inside, and those chintsy little legs would not hold it steady. It really doesn't have much storage. It's probably hotter than Hades up in that loft bed - and can you imagine trying to make it? Or clean it? My back hurts just thinking about it. All that barnwood would catch dust, and probably warp. Everything would fall off the shelves when you moved it. I do like that it has a tub....but seriously. How much do you think it cost to build? $95,000 and that doesn't even include land to put it on? NO WAY.

I guess if you live in a NY city apartment, it looks like a great deal. I would think you'd need a pretty big truck and lots of fuel to move that house, it doesn't look at all aerodynamic. It is well turned out, for someone that is important to, I can't imagine a dinner party for eight there tho.......
I think that to each their own, as long as you are not moving your house with a small truck, in front of me on one of our mountain roads!

Cute, but no where near $95,000 cute. My first property was almost 1/2 that price, with 2,000sf more with acreage and barn. Much more bang for my buck.  I would like to have that sink that they have in that though.  |

I like tiny houses, and will probably retire to one. But that loft bedroom, um.... would seriously put a cramp (literally) in my, um, style. I guess if you are a missionary, it's OK, but sometimes I like to be a cowgirl!
