Did you notice how she stuck her fingers in her mouth to clean a tooth .... and then went right back to her cooking project without washing her hands! yah ... sure .... maybe stuff like that happens .....but I would have edited that part from the video ...... Ewww.......

Interestingly my hybrid layers all produced a few when they were young, but none of my old breeds (maran land chicken and mixed muts) gave even a single one!

The double yolk eggs are not particularly wanted in commercial operations. They change feeding time and adjust feed ratios to slow it down. In a house of 7000 hens, 5 cases was considered way overload.
