I bought a spiralizer with the intent of dehydrating foods. I was thinking that it would allow both faster dehydrating and rehydrating that thicker sliced foods. Shorter blanching times too.
Anyone have experience?

It makes perfect sense. I have no experience but I'm interested in finding out what other people have done and how they liked it.

Hmmm, I just made carrot noodles for myself last night, but never thought about using it to prep foods for dehydrating. I do slightly cook the carrots in the microwave before pushing them through the spiral cutter. Using it for dehydrating stuff makes sense.

They would all be the same thickness so would dry nicely....
