I used to have a link to a recipe for cooked mayo. I THINK it was on the Mooberry Farms blog. Anyway, it disappeared and I'd really like to make it again. Anyone have it? Or something similar?

I just now saw this post and did a search. I also came up with the incredible egg site recipe that janisr posted above when Googling "Mooberry Farm Cooked Mayonnaise Recipe". It doesn't say it's from Mooberry Farm, but maybe it's the same or very similar. I even tried searching the Internet Wayback Machine, but the Mooberry site was never archived for some reason. I also found that Mooberry Farm now has a Facebook site: www.facebook.com/pages/Mooberry-Farm/434923806603799I looked for the recipe there, but didn't see it. I'm not a Facebook member, but if you are maybe you can post there and ask them to post the recipe again. It may be the only way to get it, every other link I found just led back to their defunct blogspot site. Good luck!

I don't know why I didn't think to look there.

If you get the recipe, would you post it here, pretty please? I love to make my own mayonnaise, but am always leery of raw eggs. I'd like to try a cooked one. Good luck!

Well, shucks. It wasn't the same Mooberry Farm. They did share a mayo recipe with me but it wasn't cooked. I did a quick search on "the other forum" and found the username of the Mooberry Farm blog, busymomof7. Maybe someone will recognize that name?

I'm at the brick wall, too. I found several tutorials with the introductory paragraph but the link following always leads to the same dead end. Thanks for trying!
