If you had a goat steak in your freezer what would you do with it? Start to finish- please!

Slice meat thin and make fajitas or pepper steak. Marinate it.
Pepper steak. Brown the meat, add diced onion, garlic, celery and peppers cut in thin strips. Cook until just cooked through but crisp. Add a cup of warm water with a TBS of cornstarch, stir until thickened, add a cup of fresh diced tomatoes, heat though (2 min) and serve over rice....James

Depends on the steak. If it is from a fatter section like a shoulder, then my favorite is to rub a little olive oil on it then use a dry rub of powdered onion, salt, pepper and garlic and broil, making sure to not over cook. Unlike lamb, goat stays pretty tender to a certain point then gets tough when cooked. So it's either cook minimally or cook long and slow til it gets tender again. If it's from a leaner section, then marinate, cook however and slice thin.
