Made this today. Was good. Cut peppers in half. I cut thru stem; so halves would be even. Clean. Fill cavity completely with pizza sauce. Sauce will shrink. Add cheese. Put toppings on top. I baked in 425 deg oven about 25 min. Watch for signs of burning. This was really easy; quick meal. Didn't know where to put this. Prob could be used on several forums.

feather, It is really good. Plus, didn't have that too full feeling after eating regular pizza. No guilt; either.

We make healthy pizza by using a cauliflower "crust", add low-sodium pizza sauce, and top with veggies only - no meat, no cheese.
When we go out, and if the restaurant serves pizza, we order a veggie pizza and hold the cheese.

Cabin Fever, Made cauliflower pizza twice. First time was really good. 2nd time not so good. Don't know why. To me, pepper pizza is easier. I don't eat much meat; that's not an issue.

sss3, we'll have to try the pepper pizza. It sounds good, but we'll do it minus the cheese. Might turn out to be more like a stuffed pepper.
