Have a set of lighter duty ones. They are setup to use on my garden tractors. The faster you can travel, the better job they do.

They are a pain to get set just right, but once you do, they work well. I actually have mine tack-welded in position. If you cant and angle them just right, they scratch the middles and bottom side of the row, throwing up some dirt higher on the row, but n-o-t quite to the top middle. At the end of this video, they are using a two-row setup: Another view, but I'd turn them so they'd kick more dirt towards the row...
