Tomorrow is Pi Day, 3.14.
What are you having? Pasties, pork pie, chicken pot pie, quiche, crustless pie, fruit pie, pie with cheese?
I'm going to try a recipe like this, using a silicone cup cake form, so small little quiches.

I make pasties, although I am planning a dessert pie for tomorrow. Need one that goes with cabbage rolls as that is what DH has been after me to make for a while now.

krisinmi, I had a slice of a sour cream raisin pie once, it was good. I finally had a slice of coconut cream pie when I was in MO, my first, it was divine, made at an old school corner family restaurant.

I did make these: simple-veganista.com/mini-chickpea-flour-frittatas/ I used asparagus, spinach, red peppers, onions. The flavor pops with red peppers and onions. It's a frittata, or a quiche, no matter how you look at it, a bite of goodness. Very satisfying. I'm so pleased with these. I'll make them again, with whatever vegetables we have at the moment and more chickpea flour/batter. Warm and comforting. They looked similar to the recipe's picture.
