Our Rozlyn's granddaughter calved into the milking string on Monday with a fine heifer calf! The little one makes six generations I've known in that family line. Smiley, Rose, Rozlyn, Rosie, Rozinka, and I think the little one will be named RoseAnn.

OOPS! I was wrong! Rozinka's calf was a BULL! There were two born that day and I was mixed up.
Oh well, I'll save that name for later!
Jolly, often I name the cows after their mothers or grandmothers, but sometimes I break protocol! LOL
It's been eight or nine years since Smiley left the herd but I still remember her pretty face and friendly personality. I would have liked to rescue her but at the time, I didn't have room. I'm happy I was able to at least save her granddaughter!
