Have you been sent unlabeled seeds from some anonymous source? I haven't, but lots of people around the world are being sent different kinds of seeds, probably from China, and they could be a biohazard: www.theguardian.com/environment/2020/aug/01/mystery-seed-parcels-world-biosecurity-china-uk-us?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_OtherOne package looks like a squash seed of some sort, the other pictured looks unlike any seed I've ever seen. A very fiendish way to send out damaging spores or invasive who-knows-what, if that is what it is. Don't plant them! Don't put them in the garden or the compost or the trash. Probably take them to your police dept.

I heard this morning that some of the seeds sent were flowers. All seeds were coated in a purple color. They think the “coating” Is the most important part & are still checking.....

People have received them in Wisconsin (I haven't gotten any). This is what it says on the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection site: USDA link

The ones I got months ago were tomatoes. They didn't germinate well or grow at a normal rate.

I have gotten 2 batches of mystery seeds. In Florida they are to be turned in to the xtension Department. See my thread in Countryside Families about this
