A couple of friends and I have started a non-profit organization to raise money to fund forests. Our first project is to save the trees in our local county park. The land for this 3500 acre park was bought with the proviso that the timber company who sold it to the county could harvest the trees in most of it one last time. But there is a clause which says that the timber rights can be purchased at a later date - - at least for the tracts they haven't already clearcut.
After we accomplish this goal, then we will go on and save forested land or buy timber rights elsewhere in the county and the state.
Anyway, I think the website came out very well. I also designed the logo.
