www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7xTvb-FAhQThe eclipse, also called the Beaver Moon, will start around 1:00 a.m. and by 4:00 a.m. nearly 97% of the moon will be covered, giving off a red color with only a sliver uncovered, said University of Texas at Arlington Planetarium Program Coordinator Jim Bader. Best seen outside.

Had a small problem, it was snowing too hard to see the moon tonight.

I'm very sensitive to the changes in light at night despite heavy draperies in the bedroom. I didn't get up to see it but was aware of when the moonlight was gone, when it returned. There was a partial lunar eclipse when we lived in NW MO that I did get up to see. Different, for sure.
