That's awful! We lost a horse to a lightning strike once, and that was bad enough.

We had one in one our of pastures behind our houses and it killed 2 cows, ELEVEN WOW.

That stinks. We had lightning popping all around on Mother's day. I was nervous for our girls. We had one FF jersey in labor, so I had to go out it in a few times to check/help.

That's so sad. I hope he had some sort of insurance on them. am afraid to go out this morning and check on my horses, we had a hellacious lightning storm last night through this morning...

My girls always go up the hill and stand under the big trees when it storms. I guess their instinct is to get to high ground, but it still makes me nervous!
