I would like to put my angora bunnies in a shed. (Keep them away from the dog) However, it gets hot in there. Right now I just keep the door open, but as the temps rise it will be too hot in there. Any suggestions?

Extension cord and a fan.
Keep door open at one end of the shed, at the other end, install a window and put a fan in it.

In addition to a good fan, an ice bottle in their cage will help them stay cool.

I like the answers above, also more ventilation if you can add it. Maybe a window on the opposite end from the door so breeze can go all the way through.

I housed my angoras in one of the bays of a 3-bay garage. There was 2 south-facing windows, which I put fans in. Usually the north-side windows were open as well. It was a former chicken coop, so they were further enclosed with 4' plywood walls and then chicken wire to the ceiling. That meant I could also open the garage door on the hottest days.
They seemed to do well in that. However, I do live in Vermont.

A large block of ice in front of the fan to cool the air? Ceramic tiles that can be put in the freezer to chill? Shade cloth above the shed? Plant sunflowers on the south side to help shade the building? Ivy growing up the side and over the top for shade?

Any suggestions? Alot of good suggestions-----a sprinkler set-up or just a hose and sprayer to wet and cool the top of the building ever couple hours during the heat of the day makes ALOT of difference inside.

There's a chicken coop design that replaces one wall with wire screen for ventilation.
