Detox Soup Recipe
2 Turnips Diced
2 Parsnips Diced
1 Cup Cubed Winter Squash
1 Sweet Potato Diced
1 Bunch green onions bulbs & half of stalks
1 Red Bell Pepper Diced Fine
1 Medium Onion Diced Fine
1 28 OZ can Tomatoes
½ Pound Mushrooms
½ Cup Finely Diced Celery (Organic)
32 OZ Veggie Broth
2 Teaspoons Salt or No-Salt
¾ Teaspoon Pepper
½ Teaspoon Basil Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1 can of Artichoke hearts
Chris just said she puts it on High in the crock pot for an hour or two then lets it simmer at a lower temp.
Check it once in a while and you will know when it is ready for you to eat it.

There I added my research that shows why they named this Detox Soup. Since I did that research I have had a bowl of it every day instead of one every few days like I had been doing.

I don’t recall ever buying or eating a turnip or a parsnip?
Do most stores usually have them in stock?

Tallpines, I do the grocery shopping here and I know our local Walmart has both fresh Parsnips and turnips.
