I have had the electric netting before, but that was years ago and my DH hooked it all up.
I have the netting and a charger. What do I use to hook the charger up to the netting?
What do I do to hook up the charger to the grounding rod?
The netting is old, got it off Amazon still in the package it is yellow. It came with two extra strands of yellow twine with wire, I think for repairs. Also came with black twine with metal strands. Do I use this?

Maura, the lengths of netting we have all had mated pairs of "clips" so you could use more than one length continuously. Ours came with alligator clips integrated into the netting as well that you attach to the grounding rod. I think there's a wire that connects to the positive and negative posts on the charger but I haven't looked at it in a while. Have you looked at Premier 1's website for installation and connection videos? They also had a good one on making repais although I found their ferrule clamps far to small and opted for some cage wire clips from my rabbit keeping days.

Mogal, thanks. I know how to connect the units. It's going from the charger to the fence, and the charger to the grounding rod. I just ordered something from Amazon.

I've been watching Premier 1's site for netting availability. Both types we have are out of stock. I put my name on their list for notification and haven't heard anything from them yet. I looked at TSC's product but I'm afraid one run of the material would be too heavy for me to carry through the pasture.

I also found the fence heavy. That is why I bought 42" high instead of 48". It is much easier, but I bought it off Amazon, I don't think they make 42" any more.
