Migrant TikToker with a 500,000-strong online following is offering his comrades tips on how to “invade” unoccupied homes and invoke squatter’s rights in the United States.
Venezuelan national Leonel Moreno, who appears to live in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio, said in a recent video that under US law, “if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

I saw this creep on Fox News this morning. There is some loop hole that , unbelievably people can and are occupying empty houses & refuse to leave. How can this happen in America? That man has somewhere near 500,000 followers on Tick tok .
America has been ruined since our current President took office. Personally I’m petrified of what’s about to come.
Please everyone pray for America’s return to sanity🙏

Just another example of the bad guys having more rights than the upstanding citizens. I'm afraid of the United States that my grandson will inherit.

I have never understood squatters rights. It’s like giving armed robbers the legal authority to continue and unfortunately this started long before Biden got into office. As a property owner I am horrified and am down to one property that I will sell when the decent current tenant leaves. I watched fellow landlords continue to pay mortgages and taxes and upkeep on properties during g covid with tenants who made zero effort to pay a single cent. I had a unit that I refused to rent for a few years so that wouldn’t happen to me. It’s all absurd.
