California and Utah homeowners pay just 3.7 percent, while West Virginia and Mississippi pay 4.4 percent

Asian Americans on average paid just 3.7 percent, while their Black friends paid 4.4 percent.
   

 It costs more to be poor and/or just not Asian.

Interesting that those most likely to use food delivery are not the decrepit, cripple old people over 70, but those between 25 and 40, who, in theory, should be able to jog, ride a bike, or walk to pick up a to go order and bring it home.

I think delivery and all is just a change in culture. I’ve done home repairs all of my life, a 75 year old crippled with arthritis is embarrassed having to call me to paint a cathedral ceiling while a 30 yo calls me to change a flourescent light. But the same 30 yo can change settings on my smart phone for me while I work. I’m 64 and don’t even think about drive up windows or food or grocery delivery. I ordered a Dominoes Pizza once about 1985 just to see if it was true that I could get a pizza by making a phone call. It worked I never did it again.
