The other day I bought some early peaches and made a pie. I love fresh peach pie. The only problem is peeling the dang things. Worse than peeling M&M's. Is there an easy way?

Blanch them then dump them in ice water, slip off the skins.

Yup, drop in simmering water for three minutes, pull out and drop into icy cold water, then the skin slides right off. Same as peeling beets.

And if the acid in them bothers your skin,just wear a pair of brand new rubber gloves.Grips the slippery little devils better too
