I gave our girls their CD&T boosters 2 weeks ago. Both got injection site lumps but no issues until now. Eleanor's lump got a little bigger than expected and she started limping. No other symptoms. 2 days ago, had the vet out, he couldn't find anything obvious - temp is fine, the lump gives her no pain, intake/output is normal. He aspirated the lump and got a teeny bit of pus, so he lanced it and flushed it. Really not much to speak of came out and poking, cutting, squeezing didn't seem to bother her at all. He checked her knees and feet as well - nothing unusual.
Today DH called the vet again (I'm at work). He felt like she was limping worse when she first gets up, but seems to be better (but still limping) after she's been walking around. No fever, wound looks good and doesn't seem to be painful to the touch. I asked him to request an Rx for Banamine as I don't have any, but I need some help brainstorming what else to consider.
She was tested for CL, CAE and Johnes - all negative 12/14/2014, comes from a clean herd and has not been exposed to any other goats since we brought them home.
What else should I be thinking about?

thanks. the lump/injection site is left side, just behind the shoulder blade, it was given SQ 2 weeks ago. The vet has already lanced, drained and irrigated the lump 2 days ago, but not much of anything came out. Vet directed BluKote going forward.
