Want to make broth from chicken leg quarters. How much water do I use? Just enough to cover, double the amount? Thanks.

Enough to cover. I don't like any more water than needed, just more liquid to heat or can. I can always add more water at time of use....James

By the book, pressure canner, would have to look it up. Meat, broth both and just plain broth. Hot pack....James
