I had an excess of kefir so I've drained the whey off to make a spreadable cheese. It's a little too sour for my tastes but I think adding some herbs/seasonings could salvage it. Anyone want to share what you add to tone down the sour cheeses?

Add some garlic, a little salt and pepper, and mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. The garlic and kefir go sooooo well together! Ooh! Thank you! That sounds really good!

No. But, I’d like a couple of grains. Would you sell me a couple?

No. But, I’d like a couple of grains. Would you sell me a couple? Yikes! I don't know why I'm just seeing this. I hope you've located some grains by now. I stopped making kefir when I developed a canker sore. I'm sure the kefir didn't cause it but it did irritate it. Hoping to locate some grains for myself in the spring (when my goat kids and starts producing again.)
