I have never made homemade noodles before, but decided to do it yesterday. I really enjoyed making them. I have a Kitchenaid mixer, which really helped so that I didn't have to knead the dough. I made a chuck roast with carrots, cooked the noodles, and then put them in with the roast. DH really liked it. He made bread yesterday and it tasted good soaking up the liquid from the roast.

Also, applesauce is cooking in a slow cooker so that I can process it tomorrow.

Halloween Party at school today so last night I threw together a breakfast casserole, which is just eggs, milk, shredded cheese, some leftover ham (cubed up) and some frozen french fries, mixed and put into a cake pan. When we get home all I have to do is throw it in the oven and bake it. Easy dinner!
