DW made a huge pot of Bolongese from the Pioneer Woman's website. DW's sauce is a 10. As soon as the pot is emptied, these lamb shanks are going in for Osso Bucco.

Lunch. DD has to go to the burger stand from 2 til 10 tonight, so we rearranged life to have a very early dinner.

I made 2 pumpkin pies using THE PRAIRIE HOMESTEAD lady's recipe (Jill Winger). Outstanding! But we are warming to almost 70F this week starting tomorrow:) Hard to believe.
