You can milk what you can get out of her. The colostrum is what the kid(s )need asap after birth.

Thanks they got colostrum yesterday she die just a bit ago..just wanted to be sure a it would be safe.. I have plenty of goat milk canned . I just want ...if it was safe to get them every drop of the good stuff.

As long as they got some colostrum, they should be good. I usually feed my kids one bottle of it & then they go on regular milk.

@paisley, Wendy nailed it for you - as long as they have had a good drink of colostrum, they can go to regular milk. They can only make use of the colostrum for about 24 hours anyway. Just wanted to say how sorry I am that you lost her.
