So milking today was painful, freezing temps, goats shivering, even with a room heater in the milking area my udder towelettes froze and the milking tubes were stiff. Within seconds my fingers were going painful numb... What do some of you do during freezing temps?

We dry them off. Kids are due march/april, and we'll start hand milking our half dozen then. Hopefully the weather will be warmer then than it usually is this time of year.
For wash, all we use is hot water in one of those 2 gallon milk cans that places like Hoeger sell (wash cloth dipped and waved to cool enough to be 'goat comfortable'). On a cold day it's nice to have a warm can to put your hands around. Then again, this isn't milk for sale, as we bottle feed kids and use any extra ourselves (milk or chevre), or feed it to the hogs if it gets too old in the fridge.
