I was wondering if any of you have fried rabbit in a turkey fryer. How did you bread or prepare it and how did it work?

I've only done them in a frying pan, boiled until tender then cooled and coated in salt pepper and flour and fried until crispy and brown.
Then make gravy with the pan drippings and some of the broth
Unless you're feeding a large crowd, I can't see it being cost efficient to use enough oil to fill a deep fryer
