My homemade coffee creamer keeps clumping up, even if I put in airtight jars. Anybody have a trick to keep it from clumping? I use liquid extracts. I was thinking of trying to dehydrate and then powder again, what do you think Thanks

How about using a packet of dessicant in the jar? If it works to keep my onion and garlic powder from clumping, it should work on coffee creamer...just don't make a mistake and use the onion or garlic packet in your creamer, lol.

Thanks Manygoatsnmore I ended up dehydrating the flavored powder and the grinding and it is fine now.
