I just saw a raven was perched on one of the goat's rear end, pulling fur out. Eventually the bird irritated her and she caprioled a bit. The raven flew off with a mouthful of white hair.
Then the pair came back and started pulling tufts from the back if the rear legs of another. But that is only safe for snatch or two.
I tried to get a picture but the beasties flew off every time they heard the door open.
Sheesh. It's not like there's not a herd of sheep living next door who would love to have some of their dreadlocks taken off.

Years ago, my little brother had a bad habit of urinating in the yard.....he was always told the birds would fly in and peck it off....LOL...sure enough, one day he was peeing in the yard and a flock of ravens swooped down....I can still hear him screaming and running...LOL
