I just put this recipe in Wendy's post about her surgery, but I thought I would add it here too, it is so nice in the summer either for a side dish or desert.
2 15.25 cans fruit cocktail (drained, but save the syrup) 1 3.4 box instant vanilla pudding 1 8oz container cool whip
Mix pudding with cool whip, the add the fruit cocktail, at this point add some of the syrup back in, it will a little loose, chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. It is so light and cool. You can use any canned fruit you like or have on hand, you could also cut up fresh fruit, or add coconut or chopped nuts. Enjoy

Do you use the pudding dry, or do you make it up and then fold together with the whipped topping? Thanks.
