I can well understand how my Karakachan might try to nibble on whatever the goats she is guarding eat...at least I understood it when she was just a puppy; however, Cujo is a grown Labradore! He is the one bringing eggs to my back door, brought one into the house, leaves them at the watering pans and last night kept one warm in his bed. Most have been guinea eggs with babies that could not hatch inside. (I've been suspecting he and Valentina would find the guinea nests, raid it and then bring the scattered eggs up later. Yet the past few days I've seen the ground alive with baby keets neither dog is paying any mind to.) So why keep a single egg warm all night?
