In two days, my litter of californians will be a month old. I weighed them today, they average right about a pound each. The smallest is about 13oz, the biggest two are about 1#4oz. That's a litter of nine.
Then my three week old litter of mini lops..... I didn't weigh them, but man, are they growing fast. Their heads are forming great, big, fat and blocky looking. I can't wait to see how they progress over the next two months.
Have two weeks until my next litter of californians are due, and I'm still trying to get my opal mini lop doe to breed, but she is still being stubborn. This Sunday we will also attempt to breed our other Sr mini lop doe.

Wow, last time I weighed these kits was 6 days ago, my how they have grown.
5 week old weigh in report: 1#8.2oz 1#7oz 1#10.2oz 1#3.2oz 1#7.6oz 1#13.8oz 1#6.6oz 1#5.6oz 1#9.8oz
Number 6 gained 10.2oz in the last six days. I think he is a he. If he continues to grow like this, I think I will keep him as a breeder.
