Homemade Mustard 3/4 C Mustard Seeds- any will do- I used ones that were mostly brown with a few black mixed in 1 C Braggs Apple cider vinegar 1/4 C water Place in mason jar (quart) leave on counter for a few days- I started this batch on Monday- will finish tomorrow- Place what is in the jar- in a blender and blend till it is a nice smooth grainy texture Add 1/4 t each of tumeric/salt/pepper add 1/8 t paprika and 1 1/2 T honey mixed again in blender- then put it in a bowl to incorporate the seasonings better- and put in jar to mellow for a day or two--- adjust seasonings to how you want- This is my second batch- my first batch instead of 1 C Braggs ACV- I used 1/4 C Jim Beam Maple, 1/4 C white vinegar, 1/4 C water and 1/2 C ACV- this time I went with all ACV- I have some fresh Horseradish too- I might grate some into the finished mustard... Soooo- I was looking for a CopyCat Honey Baked Ham salad recipe my FIL likes it- and we have left over ham- so I came up with this and DH loves it- In a food processor place and pulse until spreadable sandwich material 1lb leftover boneless ham 3T Bubbies Relish (any non sweet hotdog relish should work) 2T homemade mustard 1C mayo 1T pepper 3 Celery stalks

I may try that mustard Becka, thanks! I'm not crazy about ham salad, but not sure why, lol. I love tuna salad, chicken salad and even seafood salad if it's real and not that fake stuff, and I LOVE ham! I just don't like ham salad, and I've tried it about 20 different ways. I'm weird, what can I say??
I've heard those Bubbies pickles are supposed to be the best, but I've never seen any around here. Have you had them?

Bubbies are my go to pickles as a winter treat- the closest thing to my fermented pickles that I can find! I went to the Healthfood store to get some- and someone bought all 7 jars- the day before So I picked up the relish- I like it - it is similar to the pickles
